We are all on our own personal journey. Sometimes we may take a turn that we were not expecting that can lead us to feeling lost, hurt, or alone. By working together, I believe that we can find our way, heal our pain, and experience a greater sense of connection. Reaching out for support can be hard. Counseling can seem daunting and uncertain. By exploring this work, you are already showing strength and commitment to yourself and/or someone that you care about. My approach to therapy is rooted in being client-centered. Your story is yours. I am here to support you with empathy, and without judgment. I view my role as a fellow traveller, helping to guide you as you navigate whatever it is that brought us together. Additionally, I am a Certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. I believe that there is great power in connecting with the more than human world, and I love to incorporate our natural environment into my practice. If this is something of interest to you, please let me know and we can talk about it in greater detail! Why did I choose the name MAS Life? Two reasons. In Spanish, “mas” translates to more. MAS Life, or, more life, is what I hope to bring others through working together. Additionally, MAS also happens to be my initials which I thought worked perfectly.
